1. White Fully Polished Rice: This rice undergoes extensive polishing, typically removing 95-100% of the outer bran layer. While this process gives the rice its characteristic white appearance, it also results in the loss of some nutrients present in the bran layer.
2. Single Polished Rice: With single polishing, around 10-15% of the bran layer is removed, leaving the inner layers intact. This preservation of most nutrients results in a rice variety that offers a better texture while still retaining essential nutrients.
   
3. Brown Rice: Unlike polished varieties, brown rice retains the entire bran layer, offering a higher nutritional value. It undergoes minimal processing, leaving the bran layer intact, along with the germ and endosperm, providing a rich source of nutrients and fiber.
