Who are you? What do you do? and why?

Our philosophy is to work to standards and not price. Our farmers practice all natural, organic and regenerative farming on their farm’s that are spread across Maharashtra. We use the farm produce to make food products that are minimally processed, most of it is made by hand with the efforts and love of our women team. Most of the products that we make are made by local skilled artisans in the community who bring with them years of expertise in doing so. We believe in using traditional and ancient methods of farming and processing. Our products are made consciously while keeping nutrition in mind. We aim to deliver our customers the purest products to help them lead a healthier and carefree life.
Our farmers are handpicked and go through proper training and auditing to make sure that the produce is grown organically, responsibly, sustainably and with minimum human disturbance to the crop. We source produce from Certified Organic Farmers who have NPOP/EU/NOP certification, PGS certified farmers supported by the NCOF, Government of India and trusted and reliable farmers specifically tribal and marginal farmers who cannot afford certification but are committed to grow organic.

What about Organic Atman? How is Organic Atman related to Mrive Organics ? 

We bring our products to the market under the brand name ‘Organic Atman’. Atman ( आत्मन् ) is a Sanskrit word meaning Soul or Self. ‘Atman’ is the spiritual essence in all creatures, their real innermost essential being. It is eternal, it is the essence, it is ageless. Mrive Organics LLP is a registered firm and Organic Atman is a trademarked and copyrighted brand used by Mrive Organics LLP.

The world we live in today and most of the sources of nutrition and food around us have been diluted by genetically modified seeds, sewage, chemical fertilisers and pesticides, etc that disrupt the ecosystem. Our products are nothing like the ones you get in the market today.

DELIVERY RELATED

When will I get my order?

Orders once placed are dispatched at the earliest, once you place an order we make fresh products and it will be dispatched within 2-3 days, if it is out of stock we will source it from the farms, process it and dispatch it within 10 days. It generally takes 3-5 days for your order to reach you. 

 

What are the delivery Charges? 

We use trusted and reliable delivery partners, so that your order reaches you on time and in perfect condition.

I have an issue with the quality of the product purchased. Do you have a return policy?

We are a small business and thrive pretty much on the love and support we receive from our customers. Since our products are all handmade and fresh made without any traces of Artificial Additives or Preservatives, they are vulnerable to spoilage if exposed to high temperatures or moisture. If you have an issue write to us at mriveindia@gmail.com and maybe attach a few pictures and we will be happy to replace it for you.
